What is brassica?

Brassica refers to specific vegetables that are part of the genus ‘Brassicaceae’. They are often referred to as the mustard family, cabbage family or cruciferous vegetables.

Brassicas are the most frequently farmed vegetables in the world, and are amongst the most nutrient dense vegetables you can eat.

Although Naylor Nutrition’s focus is currently with cabbage protein, fibre & our amazing umami syrup, our cold extraction process is capable of harnessing any type of brassica.

In the future we will be providing our customers with an extended product line including Broccoli, Kale & Cauliflower.
